The kitchen is on the back of the house to protect from insight from the street. The living room has windows on two opposite sides. It's close to the dinner table from the kitchen bench, still you can make the dinner table much longer. The open kitchen and the rooms makes you feel the freedom and space. You can have one of the bedrooms on the second floor as TV room and since there is a door to it so you will not be disturbed by the other living room. From the TV room (and a bedroom) you can walk out on a big balcony where you can be more private and get nicer view.
